Maisstärke*, Meersalz, Vanilleextrakt* (1,3 %), Bourbon-Vanille* (0,2 %)

Pudding powder for 500ml milk Preparation: 1. From 500ml milk, remove 6 tbsp. and mix well with 2 tbsp. of sugar and the pudding powder. 2. Bring the remaining milk to a boil. Remove the milk from the stove and slowly stir in the sugar and pudding mixture. Bring it to a boil again. 3. To serve the pudding, fill into portion-sized bowls rinsed with cold water and leave to cool.
