Bag contents for 100 ml of milk and 250 ml of cream 1. Place 100 ml of cold milk and 250 ml of cold cream in a mixing bowl and add the contents of the bag as well as 1-2 tbsp. of sugar. 2. Stir briefly with a hand mixer at lowest level. 3. Stir for 2 -3 minutes at the highest level until an airy –creamy mousse is formed 4. Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator until consumption.
